Absolutely, the Universe is made of Love. But it’s ever-so-much easier to remember this in tough times when we have already tangibly felt it for ourselves. We began the last post with basic energy sensing. Now we will move into how to feel the fabric of the Universe. Next time, we will go through an exercise that can allow you to experience for yourself the truth that the entire Universe is made of Love.
Feel the Fabric of the Universe
My friend, there are two likely reactions to this proposal of feeling the Universal fabric. One is: “Let’s GO!” The other: “I can’t do this. I’m out of this game.” The truth is, the combination of intention and the ability to sense a chi-ball is enough to proceed. If you need to brush up on the sensing-a-chi-ball part, go back to the last blog and enjoy that process – or use the Cliff Notes version in the next paragraph.
Before you begin, you can rub your own palms together briskly to alert them that it’s game time. Your hands may tingle a bit as the Energy flow amps up. If you wish, you might practice just a bit with creating and sensing a chi-ball. Feel the pressure build in the space between your hands until the chi-ball is tangible. Notice how the sensations change as you use your intention to tune the chi-ball to a vibration of Love. Notice again what Love feels like, in your hands, in your breathing, and in your heart. Draw the chi-ball of perfect Love into your torso as a bonus. When you have this natural, normal step behind you, let’s go.
Hold the intention that now you are going to feel the fabric of the Universe. Hold your hands in front of you and gently wave them around, feeling for the fabric. Don’t worry about whether or not it’s there. By definition, all places everywhere consist of the fabric of the Universe. You will notice a tangible sensation, something pressing against your hands as you hold this intention of feeling the Universal fabric. It’s identical to the sensation of feeling the chi ball – something is definitely there.
Take your time with this step just as you did with creating the chi ball. Reset your energy body as needed. If you lose your awareness of the sensations in your hands, first shake your body like a dog after a bath to reset your Energy field and release the doubt. Know there is Energy there to sense. Know that everyone can do this, which certainly includes you. Tap your sternum or other release points, massage or briskly rub your hands together again, and give it a second go. Practice again, and trust that what you are feeling is real.
Once you feel the tangible sensation of something pressing back against your hands, notice its quality just as you did with the chi ball. Is the fabric of the Universe made of Love? Don’t take my word for it, or anyone else’s for that matter. Feel for yourself. And, my friend, trust what you feel.
At this point our minds can chime in with unhelpful comments like, “I must be making this up.” Remember: our minds are not the friends we think they are. It’s helpful to have a friend with you who is also experiencing this. He can be an ally in facing down the doubting mind.
Remember the definition of reality: something that two or more experience. Many people have already felt the fabric of the Universe, and have confirmed for themselves it is made of Love. This IS real, my friend. Trust your hands, trust your breath, and trust your heart.
