Do you remember Steven Covey’s words of wisdom, to begin with the end in mind? When we know what any goal is, it’s ever-so-much easier to accomplish it. As spiritual beings, in other words energetic beings, we are having a human experience. It’s a big deal to have a physical life; we don’t do this on a whim. Our souls all have a plan for our lives, something the soul wants to accomplish. Then we are born, and the illusions of the physical dimension begin to confuse us. Sometimes we completely forget the big picture of our original goals for our lives. By learning to relate to our energy body, we begin the process of transcending the illusions of the physical dimension. We begin the process of becoming who our souls came here to be, and living the lives we came here to live.
Beginning with the end in mind applies to every step of the journey of becoming who our souls intend to be. Once we begin to relate to our energy body directly, we open the doors to improving it intentionally – but what should a healthy energy body look like? It should be a straight, balanced, densely packed pillar of light like a fiber-optic cable that extends from the center of the planet to the center of the Universe. Its diameter should be large enough that it reaches from outstretched fingertip to outstretched fingertip, so large we can’t fall out of it or even lunge out of it if we tried.
Light and love from Source should be able to freely flow down through this pillar to heal, guide, and protect us. Strength and support from the planet should be able to freely flow up through it, nourishing and supporting us. With this energy configuration, we live our entire lives inside of sacred space. Nothing comes to us or from us other than love, peace, joy, and harmony.
